Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PDP bot subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@affiliateprogrampro.com and we'll help you get it sorted.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals — by default you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

After 30 days

Refunds requested after the 30-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll do our best to be fair.
