Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms govern your use of the PDP bot service ("Service") provided by Affiliate Mechanic, operating from Burnet County, Texas, USA ("we", "us", "Affiliate Mechanic"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

PDP bot is an AI-powered tool that generates structured product cards and JSON-LD schema markup for e-commerce product pages, delivered via a WordPress plugin and hosted dashboard.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (and authorised to bind your organisation, if signing up on its behalf). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • interfere with the Service's security (malware, probing, scraping, rate-limit evasion);
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in bulk;
  • generate content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or designed to mislead consumers about product claims, safety, or compatibility.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses large language models to draft product card content from the source data you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for regulated claims (medical, legal, financial, safety). You are responsible for:

  • the source data you submit and your right to use it;
  • reviewing, editing, and approving generated content before publishing;
  • verifying factual accuracy, regulatory compliance, and fitness for your audience;
  • how you use, modify, and distribute outputs.

We may filter, refuse, or remove content that violates these Terms or our AI providers' policies, and suspend accounts that repeatedly produce prohibited content.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in your source data and in the generated outputs you approve. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your source data solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing page or via paddle.net.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update, or temporarily restrict features as needed for maintenance, security, or product evolution.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you materially breach these Terms;
  • your account is past due on payment;
  • your usage poses a security, fraud, or abuse risk;
  • you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use policy.

On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted in the normal course of operations.

9. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud or personal injury).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your source data, generated content you approved, your unlawful use of the Service, or violations of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Burnet County, Texas, unless required otherwise by law.

12. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
